A collaboration between A Formal Terrain and 1to1-Agency of Engagement located in the Denver Settlement in east Johannesburg, South Africa. The adaptive reuse and design-build of the creche playground took a total of five working days to design, fabricate, and install. The entire project utilized only five construction elements; ready mix-concrete, up-cycled tires, wood gum poles, bolts, and spray paint; eight builders; and one spot welding machine.
